Drew Laney

Drew Laney joined the Kingsmen Quartet in 2022 at the age of 20 to sing bass after performing in the regional group Molded Clay alongside future Pine Ridge Boys lead Matthew Benton. After Laney was hired, longtime Kingsmen bass singer and owner Ray Dean Reese initially continued to perform most songs, bringing Laney to the stage to sing "I've Ever Been Glad" and other selections. Shortly after the 2022 National Quartet Convention, Reese began only coming to the stage for a few songs a night, leaving the majority of the program to Laney.

Laney came off the road in December 2023 and Brady Jones was announced as his successor in January 2024.
