Hi-Fi Quartet (1957)
The Hi-Fi Quartet was a short-lived quartet that existed between the time Fred Maples retired from the Harmoneers in 1956 and Bob Crews took over management of the Harmoneers in 1957.
Members of the Hi-Fi Quartet included Phil Bramlett (tenor), Shorty Bradford (lead), Ed Dotson (baritone), Seals Hilton (bass), and Lee Roy Abernathy (piano). They recorded at least one 45 single as background singers on a recording that featured Happy Edwards.
